“Every person that I dealt with from the company was extremely nice and helpful. The ladies in the office were always kind and helpful, Robert and Ron who provided my estimate and did my window installation were both on time, professional, helpful, and kind, and Ron did an amazing job installing my windows. Their customer service is truly superior. I hope I can utilize their service again for my future home projects and updates.”

Yes. A mortar-set glass block window is effectively a masonry wall. Unlike standard glass panes that can be shattered quietly, or vinyl frames that can be pried open, glass block is thick, heavy, and integrated into the foundation. Breaking through requires significant force, noise, and time—three things intruders avoid.
Yes. Clear glass with texture is the standard, but colored blocks including blue, green, and amber are available for accent designs. Colored blocks are popular in sidelights and shower walls.
Not anymore. The 80s look came from bad patterns overused in living rooms and kitchens. Modern ice, satin, and wave patterns in basements and bathrooms provide a clean, high-end architectural look that Ohio real estate professionals value for security and durability.
Soap and water. Since there are no tracks, sills, or moving parts to collect dirt, you simply wipe the face of the glass. High-pressure spraying is not recommended as it can damage mortar joints over time.
All Glass Block HQ installations come with a lifetime workmanship warranty. The blocks themselves are made by industry-leading manufacturers and carry their own material warranties against manufacturing defects.
